Symptoms

Getting below java error while creating adjustment error

ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError, msg=oracle.apps.ozf.oa.offer.server.OfferHeaderUpdateVORowImpl.setrenderReinitiateBT(Ljava/lang/Boolean;)V

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management User responsibility
3. Navigate to Trade Planning ->Offers
4.Query for any Offer and try to create Adjustment
