The Federal Activity Attributes Creation (FAAC) is not populating FV_GTAS_ACTIVITY_BALANCES.TRADING_PARTNER_MAIN_ACCOUNT as expected for GINV Project Revenue journals.

The TP MAIN account code is missing on part of the transaction in the activity balances table after the process is run.
 
TP MAIN account is missing on the 1310/2310 side of the entry for GINV Project Revenue journals across several agencies.

JE Category: Performance Obligation.

User is expecting to see TRADING_PARTNER_MAIN_ACCOUNT populated.

Lines where main a/c is not populated show: Unhandled Exception: 100:ORA-01403: no data found
