Attempt to discard the line of the Payables Invoice throws the following warning message

The invoice line that you wish to discard has charges that were manually allocated by applying a user-defined Amount or Percent rule. These manually created rules will be deleted if you discard this line.

click Ok on the warning message then received error "FRM-40654 : Record has been updated. Requery block to see changes."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Payables Invoice -> Invoices->Entry->Invoices
2. Query the Invoice from Invoice Workbench
3. Select the line of the Invoice and discard and received the above mentioned error
