PTO Carryover Process NOT Transferring Accrual Net Entitlement (Doc ID 3057556.1)

Symptoms

Observed that, PTO Carryover process is not transferring the balances.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "HRMS Manager" responsibility.

2. Navigate to Total Compensation -> Basic -> Link.

3. Query for the Accrual Plan Element and end-date it. Say 31-AUG-2024.

4. Then again re-create an Element Link for the same Element with Standard link as on the next day (01-SEP-2024).

5. Now run the PTO Carryover Process with the below parameters.

  Calculation Date             : 31-AUG-2024
  Accrual Plan Name          : <Accrual Plan Element Name>
  Reprocess All Participants: Yes
  Accrual Term                  : Current

6. Observe that the Accrual Net Entitlement on 31-AUG-2024 is not getting transferred to 01-SEP-2024.
