Reporting code is missing from EMEA _VAT_REPORTING_TYPE lookup when trying to update tax rate information in Oracle page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tax Manager Responsibility
2. Go to Taxes > Tax Rates
3. Query a tax and observe that reporting code is missing from EMEA _VAT_REPORTING_TYPE lookup
