Can not Export More Than 2000 Records in Install Base (Doc ID 3057835.1)

Symptoms

When we are trying to export Item instances from Item instances page, should be able to export more than 2000 records

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to Installed Base Agent User
2) Search with an Item XX and this item has many Item instances associated with this
3) Tried to import item instances and see only 2000 records got imported
