Goal

In Tax Manager responsibility -> Tax Configuration -> Tax Rates -> setup the tax reporting code and forgot to tick the "Define List of Reporting Codes" and saved.
This record can't be changed anymore, nor can it be end dated to create a new one. As it keeps saying that this code already exists.

How can we delete the tax reporting type so that we can reenter it correctly?

If we can't delete and re-enter, then how can we update those two fields, "Define List of Reporting Codes" and "effective from date"?
