Symptoms

Applying R12.ATG_PF.C.delta P36034949 errors on script AFVLTPCY.sql.

ERROR:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20001: Please review FND_VAULT.INITIALIZE output before continuing.
ORA-06512: at line 3

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply R12.ATG_PF.C.delta P36034949.
2. Following SQL is executed.
Sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql 'appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/AFVLTPCY.sql.
