Symptoms
When attempting to ship confirm an order for Process Manufacturing Outside Processing shipment the following error occurs. The material status associated to the item/lot being shipped does allow all transactions. Organization is OPM and WMS enabled.
ERROR
Status \"XXXXX\" of Onhand disallows this transaction.
STEPS
1. OPM All > Production Supervisor > Create Document > Create a batch with OSP resource associated to step
2. Purchasing > Requests > Run Req import - Req got created successfully
3. Purchasing > Autocreate > Auto create PO using the req - PO Created successfully and approved
4. OPM All> Production Supervisor > Batch Details > Consume the Ingredient qty which is associated to the OSP resource Step (Ensure complete onhand quantity is consumed at this step)
5. Populate the relevant information on OSP Shipment lines > Ingredients tab (on the batch step)
6. Order Management > Shipping > Transactions > Change the Source System as Outside processing Input the batch number as Order number and query for the lines for shipment
7. Order Management > Shipping > Transactions > Auto create delivery for the lines
8. Order Management > Shipping > Transactions > Delivery tab > Ship confirm the order lines - See error.
(Note: At the time of ship confirmation, there is no onhand present in the organization for the item-lot, so, the process seems to be validating Default Lot status for the item instead of the onhand status at the time the ingredient quantity was consumed into the OPM OSP Batch)
