Symptoms
Users are able to create duplicate contacts from Employee Self-Service without getting a warning or error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Responsibility : Employee Self Service
2.Personal Information
3.Add New Contact with same details as in existing contact
4.No Potential duplicate message displayed as in Core HR
