TeleSales eBusiness Center Form Showing Wrong Credit Limit If MO: Security Profile Is Set (Doc ID 3058112.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 07, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle TeleSales - Version 12.2.12 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

TeleSales eBusiness Center form is showing a credit limit that is different than the one from Collections for the same customer/account.
User found out that the eBusiness Center form was translating the DSO to BRL currency and Collections was using USD.

The responsibility used for both forms was the same.
It has MO: Security Profile and does not have MO: Default Operating Unit set.
Tried to set MO: Operating Unit, to "US-OU", instead of MO: Security Profile. At that time both forms showed same credit limit.

TeleSales eBusiness Center form is taking an OU with BRL currency as its main one and translating credit limit to that currency.

Steps:
1. TeleSales > eBC > Collections tab
2. Review the record compared to AR Collections form
