ECC V13 Importing Applications Using patchECCFiles.pl Script Fails With "ERROR: Failed with status 404" And "Error 404--Not Found" (Doc ID 3058146.1)

Symptoms

When trying to import the ECC applications using patchECCFiles.pl script in V13 version, the import of application fails and following errors are seen:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install ECC v13 by following Doc ID 2495053.1
2. Perform ECC to EBS integration
3. Log on to the Oracle E-Business Suite server. On that server, source the environment file of your run file system.

5. Review the output of the script to see if it is executed successfully.
