iReceivables Attachment For Credit Memo Is Not Showing (Doc ID 3058172.1)

In iReceivables, the attachments are not displaying correctly in the Activities window for a credit memos.  The same attachments display correctly for an invoice.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: iReceivables
Navigation: Accounts

1. Set the profile option OIR: Default Attachment Category = Short Text
2. Create an invoice in AR, and add two attachments with the following types:
   Attachment Category = Miscellaneous
   Attachment Category = Short Text
3. Create a credit memo in AR, and add two attachments with the following
   types:
   Attachment Category = Miscellaneous
   Attachment Category = Short Text
4. Query the invoice in iReceivables 2.0 Internal and click on Activities.  Open the attachment section, and the 'Short Text' attachment shows per the profile setting.
5. Query the Credit Memo in iReceivables 2.0 Internal and click on Activities. Open the attachment section. The 'Miscellaneous' attachment shows and not the short text as per the profile option setting.
