Symptoms

 

 

 

The reserved quantity on the Parts Requirement page Shows 0 Quantity Reserved for some reservations.

The Technician has 2 tasks assigned for the same customer where the "Assigned Parts" button is enabled but only 1 of the tasks brings the parts into the page when debriefing.

The reserved quantity on Parts Requirement page shows 0 quantity reserved on one of the tasks and the button does not work.

The other task with same parts has reserved quantity of 1 and the parts are assigned correctly.


Steps to reproduce:
 
1. Create Parts Requirement

2. Create Internal Sales Order/Internal Reservation

3. Part Requirement will show 0 quantity for the reservation

 
Issue is occurring intermittently.
