Goal

Why is the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) File storage (FSS) is slow for EBS system ?

For example:
Full EBS FS (180G) rsync from localFS to OCI FS takes 9 hours.
Simpe FS_CLONE operations takes 7.5 hours
Rapid clone takes around 6 hours
