Symptoms

In Oracle Order Management an internal order with a sales order line is stuck in "In Receiving Partial" workflow status. The sales line should progress from "In Receiving Partial" Status

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a sales order
  2. Progress the order
  3. The line is stuck in status "In Receiving Partial" of the workflow
