Symptoms
In Oracle Purchasing, PO revision getting increment but not shown in revision history.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing respsonbility
2. Create PO and approve it
3. Update PO and change charge account.
4. Submit document it should not create new revision
