Cannot Create Service Requests from iSupport - No Service Request Types Listed (Doc ID 305865.1)

Symptoms

(R) iSupport User
(N) Support tab -> Create Request subtab

The screen comes up where there is no place to create Service Requests.
The Create Request page (iburcr01.jsp) shows the following information:

Create Service Request

You can start creating a service request by selecting a request type or by using one of your saved service request templates.

* Select Request Type
To help us resolve your problem efficiently, please select the correct request type.

(=> But you find that there are NO Service Request Types listed there)


Notes:
. You do not get any error messages
. The Search of Service Requests is working fine.
