Symptoms
When attempting to compile RA_CUST_TRX_TAX_EXEMPT_DDF, the following error occurs:
APP-FND-00854: FDFBDF: Cannot find descriptive column information.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in FDFBCO
Cause: FDFBCO failed due to ORA-01403: no data found.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Descriptive > Segments.
- Query for Application Receivables = Flexfield Name: RA_CUST_TRX_TAX_EXEMPT_DD and Title = Tax Exemption
- Click on Compile button
- Compilation aborted for current descriptive flexfield(DFF) with error
