The serial number is stuck in the Oracle Install Base error form.

ERROR

The source item instance AAA, in Subinventory ABC, for Organization ZZZ in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Oracle Installed Base Admin responsibility
2) Open the Transaction Errors Processing form
3) Query with the error transaction id
4) Select the Process Flag just to the left of the error
5) Navigate to Others -> Requests.
6) Submit the concurrent program "Resubmit Interface Process" with parameter Selected
