After upgrade to 12.2.13 a custom menu is showing the following error attempting to launch a custom WebADI document creation.

Steps to recreate this issue.
1) Using a custom responsibility with a custom menu item to create a custom webadI integrator document.
2) Select the menu item and the form error above is seen.
