List Search Option Not Working In View Receipts Page In iProcurement (Doc ID 3058890.1)

Symptoms

When List Search option enabled for View Receipts page, list search is not functioning in iProcurement.

Error - You must enter at least one additional search criteria when selecting Items Due Any Time or other 7 days etc.
Same error even though entered ‘Receipt Created By’.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
In iProcurement responsibility
1. iProcurement Home Page -> Receiving
2. Move to 'My Receipts at a Glance' area
  - click on button 'Full List'
3 On View Receipts page:
  3.1  Enabled Filter Search option from "Table Diagnostics" -> Enable List Search
  3.2  Enter or choose any conditions to search
  ex) Search with
  Receipt created by xxxxxx
  Receipt in last 7 days
  - click ‘Go’
4.No results found but error message shows:
  - You must enter at least one additional search criteria when selecting Items Due Any Time.
  which does not match with actual search executed

4.2 Same error shown even if entered ‘Receipt Created By’.
