Symptoms

When attempting to merge a party using Party Merge, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Merge failed in procedure OKC_PARTY_MERGE_PUB.OKC_CPL_MERGE_PARTY for entity OKC_K_PARTY_ROLES_B Error executing procedure OKC_PARTY_MERGE_PUB.OKC_CPL_MERGE_PARTY for entity HZ_PARTIES

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Menu > View > Requests > Submit a New Request... > Single Request
3. Select from LOV > Merge batch
4. Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
