iProcurement Punchout To Vendor Errors: There is no current requisition. Checkout cannot proceed. (Doc ID 3059070.1)

Symptoms

Unable to complete Punchout Process with punchout vendor in European operating unit.  The Punchout process with punchout vendor has been implemented for US operating unit and is working perfectly.

When trying now to implement the same process with European entity and punching out it is possible to successfully go to punchout vendor website, but once the check out is completed and returns to iProcurement and then submit it for approval the below mentioned error occurs.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure punchout for European entity
2. iProcurement > Shop > Stores > punchout to vendor punchout site
3. Shop at vendor site, add to cart and attempt to return
4. Error occurs
