Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, E-Business Suite
Bursting program email delivery fails with the following error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit bursting program.
2. Program fails with error.
3. Include the TLS entry in xdodelivery.cfg file.
4. Still the bursting program log file shows above mentioned error.
