When attempting to submit the Unacceptable Tax Balance Report the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager responsibility.

2. Navigate to Submit Process and Reports > Single Request > Unacceptable Tax Balance Report.

3. Submit the Unacceptable Tax Balance Report with parameter of Tax Type:  MISC2.

4. Report fails to complete and shows an error HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR SQLERRMC ORA-01403: no data found.
