Symptoms
Observed that, sub-ordinates are not visible under custom Manager Self-Service.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to "XX Manager Self-Service" responsibility.
2. Navigate to Absence Management.
3. Observe that no sub-ordinates are showing up in the "People in Hierarchy" page.
