Issued and Issued Date Are Incorrect in the UK P45 Form (PAYGBR45) After Running P45 Process for Employee(s) Transferred from One PAYE (Pay As You Earn) Reference to Another (Doc ID 3059326.1)

Symptoms

After running P45 Process concurrent program, when checking the P45 Form it has been observed that the Issued and Issued Date are not generated (missing) for employee(s) that were transferred from one PAYE (Pay As You Earn) to another.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Manager Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Move the employee to another PAYE Reference.
3. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'P45 Process' concurrent request program.
4. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Others > P45.
5. Observe the following:
- Issued - Checkbox is unchecked;
- Issue Date - is missing.
