Pricelist Privileges Cannot Be Created - ID XXXXXX Does Not Exist (Doc ID 3059561.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.12 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

Problem:

When trying to assign privilege (maintain) to responsibility for a standard price list which is marked specific to an Operating Unit the following error is observed.

ERROR
ID XXXXXX does not exist

STEPS
-----------

Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Administrator
Oracle Pricing Administrator > Oracle Pricing Administrator Setup > Security > Privileges

This error is observed while using 'Express Create Privilege' OR 'Bulk Create Privilege'
The pricelist that marked as Global can be queried and privilege can be created
But the same is not working when using a pricelist that is specific to OU
