Interface trip stop for Return orders fails with error.

ERROR
Error is : rvtptcontrol failed

STEPS
1. Shipping > Interfaces > Run > Run interface trip stop
2. See request completes in error
3. To check for errors, please run below query and look at the latest error message (immediately as soon as ITS request completes)
