Goal

The PA_PROJECT_PUB.UPDATE_TASK API is not updating fields in PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS table:

Fields not updating

1) Chargeable_Flag
2) Billable_Flag
3) Start_date
4) Completion_date


How can PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS be updated for these four fields? Is there a field/value that needs to be passed in order to update PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS?

More importantly, what is the significance of not updating PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS?
