G-Invoicing: On the "EZ Agreement Additional Attributes" Page, the "Points of Contact" Section Has Required Fields That Are Free Text Fields. (Doc ID 3059678.1)

On the "EZ Agreement Additional Attributes" page, the "Points of Contact" section has required fields below that are free text fields:

   Servicing POC Name
   Servicing POC Telephone Number
   Servicing POC Email Address
   Servicing Prepared Name
   Servicing Prepared Phone
   Servicing Prepared Email

Also, there is no validation found on these fields.

When the 'Validate POCs as Employee' option is set to 'Yes' on the G-Invoicing Setup page, the requirements are:

1. The name fields below on the "EZ Agreement Additional Attributes" page should be displayed as List of Values (LOVs):
   Servicing POC Name
   Servicing Prepared Name

2. If Telephone Number and Email are available in the Human Resource (HR) record, then these below fields should be defaulted from the associated HR record based on the values selected on the "Servicing POC Name" and "Servicing Prepared Name" fields:
   Servicing POC Telephone Number
   Servicing POC Email Address
   Servicing Prepared Phone
   Servicing Prepared Email

Steps

1. Create and approve a 7600EZ agreement.
2. Enter additional attributes in the "EZ Agreement Additional Attributes" page.
