ECC iProcurement Dashboard page not shown with error "404 Page Not found"
Only the Application framework shown but actual ECC iProcurement dashboard page contents not shown with error.

Note: From ECC Developer responsibility, iProcurement dashboard shown fine.

1. Set up ECC following guide and assign Role to seeded iProcurement responsibility
2. Access ECC iProcurement responsibility
3. Error shown
