When trying to create an Approval Management Engine (AME) condition, the following error occurs on Create Condition page:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "Approvals Management Business Analyst" responsibility.

2. Navigate to Setup -> Conditions against the corresponding Transaction Type.

3. Create a new condition and click Apply.

4. Encounter the above error.
