When Updating Service Line End Date for Advance Passthrough Basis, Errors with You cannot define 4 advance disbursements as the disbursements are not covering all passthrough periods (Doc ID 3059864.1)

Symptoms

Unable to Update Service line end date for Advance passthrough basis. When attempting to extend the service line end date,
the following error is displayed:

You cannot define 4 advance disbursements as the disbursements are not covering all passthrough periods. Please provide 5 advance disbursements to cover all passthrough periods.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using lease super user responsibility, create a lease contract with term of 14 months.
2. Initially, add service line for term of 12 months with Base Term Payout Basis is “Full Receipt”, Vendor Payment Basis is “Advance”, Vendor Payment Frequency is “Quarterly” and Number of disbursements is 4.
3. Later, try to increase the service line end date for 14 months. The validation message above is thrown.
4. System is not allowing decrease of service line end date as well once vendor disbursements are defined.
