Error Occurring During Import Items (Concurrent Request: Import Items) when trying to create new items from the Item open interface (MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE)

STEPS

1. From sql plus / SQL Developer > Load items into interface table (mtl_system_items_interface)
2. Run program Inventory > Items > Import Items

> See program completes in error.
