OTL: Error "GetOrigTrxRef : Search ei table for available ei record. -- ORA-01403: no data found" While Retrieving Timecard Using PRC: Transaction Import (Doc ID 3059992.1)

Symptoms

When PRC: Transaction Import is run, timecard has below error message in Retrieval Error Handling Report. Due to this transactions hours mismatch between Projects (PA) and OTL

ERROR

GetOrigTrxRef : Search ei table for available ei record. -- ORA-01403: no data found

Note: Data fix with reference to Doc ID 1330321.1 did not work.

STEPS
--------
1. Responsibility: Projects Super User

2. Navigate to View > Request > Submit New Request

3. Run PRC: Transaction Import and check the log

4. Run Retrieval Error Handling Report and check the output
