Goal

Action "Choose Ship Method" is not available in Order Management HTML User Interface.

The issue can be identified with the following steps:

1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management HTML Super User Responsibility
3. Query or select any open ORDER
4. Go to Action Menu
5. Notice 'Choose Ship Method' option is not present
