Unable To Print Cartonization Labels When Printer Is Assigned At Format Level (Doc ID 3060162.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to print cartonization labels at different printers when printer is assigned at "Format" level,
the following error occurs in the log file.

ERROR

  P_CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_ID ==> 3

  P_LEVEL_VALUE_ID ==> 0
  P_EQUIPMENT_INSTANCE ==>
  Printer Selected : ==>
  Exiting WSH_REPORT_PRINTERS_PVT.SELECT_PRINTER (07/08/2024 01:56:26 AM, 0 seconds)
  PRINTER_NOT_FOUND exception has occured.
  Exiting WSH_REPORT_PRINTERS_PVT.GET_PRINTER - EXCEPTION:PRINTER_NOT_FOUND (07/08/2024 01:56:26 AM, .04 seconds)

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Warehouse Manager, Define two different label formats for label and assigned to Cartonization business flow.
(N): Warehouse Manager > Setup > Printers & Devices > Define Label Formats
2. Create separate label format rules for each of the format
(N): Warehouse Manager > Setup > Warehouse Execution > Rules
3. Assign the printers for each of the format.
(N): Warehouse Manager > Setup > Printers & Devices > Assign Printers to Documents
4. Create sales order and performed pick release.
(N): Order Management > Create and Book the Sales Order > Then release the order from Release Sales Order form.

The Label format XML shows right label format applied but have missing printer.
