Symptoms

Unable to change value for cost center segment due to bellow error:

Row 1 Error - Flexfield liability account segment:Cost Center - You can not create account that is not of type liability account



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payables responsibility
2. Navigate to Suppliers >Query the Supplier >Accounting >Liability Account
3. Change/reset value for cost center segment
