Symptoms

Using Enterprise Command Center (ECC) version 11 or later, while attempting to drilldown on General Ledger (GL) data, receive error 504 Gateway Time-out error.

Error will display as:

504 Gateway Time-out: Sorry something went wrong. Please contact system administrator.
504 Gateway Time-out




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Sign into the Enterprise Command Center application with General Ledger ECC Responsibility

2.Open the GL Account Analysis page

3. Attempt to open the account inquiry by clicking on the link from the GL Account Analysis page
