Bill to Site Details Are Not Displayed in Pricing User Dashboard (Doc ID 3060621.1)

Symptoms

In Pricing User Dashboard, qualifier Bill-To doesn’t show the Bill-To Location in the Qualifier tab. It only shows the customer name.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ECC developer -> Advanced Pricing -> Pricing User Dashboard
2. On the left panel, select Pricing Qualifiers -> Bill To, only customer name is displayed, not bill to site.
