Symptoms
In EBS application, Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data program was scheduled with parameter 182 days. In the subsequent scheduled request the days parameter got changed to 0 and that purged all eligible workflow transactions.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Connect to EBS application
2) Navigate to System administrator > Submit request form
3) Enter program name Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data and add schedule details
Changes
Created new schedule for Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data
