Actual Behavior
While Changing Item Primary UOM Through Item Master Form, Item UOM (Unit Of Measure) Gets Changed, Even Though The Concurrent Request: 'Item Primary Uom Update' Completes In Warning

Expected Behavior
Expect that the UOM should not change when the "Item Primary UOM update request" program completes in warning or error.

Replication Steps
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. Inventory super user -> Items -> Item master form
3. Create a new Item: eg: UOM_Test, set the Primary UOM: Meter
4. Try to assign this item to a few Organizations eg: M1, B2, D1, D2, V1(Master org)
5. Close the form and open the Item master form and requery the item: UOM_Test.
6. From Tools select 'Copy From' and enter: Template: @Purchased Item and click Apply and Done.
7. Change the Primary UOM to: 'Yard' and save. Find that the Concurrent program:"Item Primary UOM update request" is triggered.
8. Click on the Org assignments form and Select 'Assigned' for any unassigned org eg: AU and click on 'Org Attributes' button, get a message to save.
9. Click Save and then click on the 'Org Attributes' button for the 'AU' Org to open the item details.
10. Notice that for the new Assigned org AU, the UOM is changed to 'Yard' and for the rest of the Organizations it remains as 'Meter'.
11. Check the "Item Primary UOM update request" -> Completed with warning..

Since, the program has got completed with warning or error, the UOM should not change..it should remain as 'Meter'.
