Symptoms
The 'Template Name' field is blank after populating email delivery options
Following steps reproduce the issue.
1. Edit the request set.
2. Verify that the XML Publisher request with in the request set is populated with value for 'Template Name' field.
3. Click on 'Delivery Options' button and fill in the delivery options.
4. Navigate back to XML Publisher request in request set and observe that the 'Template Name' field is blank.
