FV: After GSDM Enhancement 36719039 The Federal Activity Attributes Creation (FAAC) Errors with FV_AP_INVALID_AGNYCY_ID Incorrectly (Doc ID 3060769.1)

Symptoms

When running the Federal Activity Attributes Creation (FAAC) with recreate balances set to Yes for Budgetary Transaction / Budget Distribution source and category.

The error "FV_AP_INVALID_AGNYCY_ID" is returned incorrectly.

GTAS Attribute Guidance, found at tfx.treasury.gov/tfm/supplements/ussgl/ussgl-part-1 (p1sec4_attribtable_2024), indicates account 232000 can be Fed or Non Fed and TP Info is required.

It appears the FAAC is forcing this to be considered Federal with no TP when the transfer checkbox is unchecked at the transaction type setup.
