Mail Not Received Sending Mail Using Notify Option For Concurrent Program Output When SMTP Is Configured With Smtp.office365.com (Doc ID 3060822.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Workflow Mailer

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Notify Option Not Receiving any eMail for Concurrent Programs Output when Workflow Mailer is configured using smtp.office365.com.

Solution from Doc ID 2712543.1 cannot be implemented due the user running the request is not an employee. 

Mailer logs show the below error message:
Exception occurred while sending message -> com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 554 5.2.252 SendAsDenied; username@example not allowed to send as xxxx@yyyy;
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Email received for concurrent request output Notify option

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use notify option while submitting concurrent request
2. Email is not received

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive mail for concurrent request output

Changes

 Outbound Server for Workflow Mailer is configured using smtp.office365.com
