The following error occurs when attempting to run Open Account Balances Data Manager to rebulud Payables Trial Balance REport..

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_tb_data_manager_pvt.insert_trial_balance_def. ORA-28113: policy predicate has error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables responsibility
2. Reports > Request Run
3. Run Open Account Balances Data Manager
4. Error occurs
