Longitude And Latitude Values Not Populated In Dispatch Center Form For Geocoded Task Addresses (Doc ID 3060930.1)

Symptoms

Find that in Dispatch Center form  the longitude and latitude values are not populated for the task addresses  even if the location is geocoded using Spatial Information for Locations Batch Update program. Also, these addresses are not correctly plotted on the Map.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Create a service request and task for an address that was geocoded before using Spatial Information for Locations Batch Update program.
3. Assign the task to a field service engineer.
4. Go to Dispatch Center and check the Latitude and Longitude values for the task address.
5. Right Click and select View Task on Map to see how it is plotted there.
