Symptoms
Order Movement Fails to Plan When Equipment Assignment Type Reuse Equipment is Used on Itinerary Leg
The issue occurs in the following scenario:
1. Order Movements are created for an itinerary with legs that share equipment (where at least one leg has "Re-Use Equipment), note that order movements for the same OR on different legs will share the same Shipment Ship Units.
2. Order Movements are bulk-planned for one leg (leg 1) that shares equipment with at least one other leg
3. One or more of the Order Movements is split when shipments are planned:
— Case 1: Order Movement is split across two or more shipments
— Case 2: OM is split across two or more equipments on the same shipment
4. The user now wants to plan the Order Movements on the leg (leg 2) that shares equipment with the leg in step 2.
While an OM on leg 1 is split, the corresponding OM on leg 2 is (incorrectly) not split. The OM on leg 2 will correctly share Shipment Ship Units with the corresponding split Order Movements on leg 1. However, because these Shipment Ship Units are on different equipment on leg 1, the Order Movement on leg 2 will not be able to plan.
Therefore, the order movement on leg 2 does not reflect the reality that these Shipment Ship Units are being shipped separately (and must be planned separately)
